Your CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Right to Know — Request details about personal information we've collected, its sources, business purposes, and third parties we share it with
- Right to Delete — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Right to Opt Out of Sale — Direct us not to "sell" your personal information to third parties
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights
How to Submit a Request
Email: contact@seniorbenefitaccess.org — include "CCPA Request" in the subject line. Please include your full name, email address, and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
Opt Out of Marketing Communications
To stop receiving calls, texts, or emails:
- Email contact@seniorbenefitaccess.org with "Opt Out" in the subject line
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
Nevada Residents
Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of personally identifiable information under Nevada SB 220 by contacting contact@seniorbenefitaccess.org.
